Performance of ‘Nari’ at Singapore

Once again, at the invitation of Tagore Society, Singapore, our organization performed ‘Nari’, at DBS Arts Centre, Singapore, on 8th May 2009, to celebrate ‘Womanhood’ (Nari) on the occasion of Rabindranath’s birth anniversary. We presented a bouquet of songs and dances based not only on Tagore’s songs and poetry around the theme of “Woman”, but also selected from the vast repertoire of Indian ethnic and folk songs and dances. The performance, needless to say, was a resounding success.
